The location, while fairly close to the airport, has some dark and dingy areas in the car park, although it provides suggestions on where to go in town. The dining experience feels decent with the serving style and fresh salads. Overall, the facilities seem adequate.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, but the window was tiny and faced the lower outer walls. The service, particularly from the English receptionist, was unfriendly and a bit chaotic. The vintage area location near Gatwick airport was convenient, but the onsite restaurant left much to be desired. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offers value for money for a short stay.
